Step back in time with the Frankfort Area Historical Society on October 24th for our 2nd Annual Lanterns & Legends Cemetery Walk! Choose from six tour times starting at 2:30 PM, each lasting about 60 minutes. Event takes place rain or shine.

Guided by lantern light, you’ll hear the fascinating stories of 5 well-known residents of Frankfort who helped shape the community we know and love today. Their stories will be brought to life by local residents, each portraying the individual buried at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.Their lives may be in the past, but their legacies still shine bright.

This unique event is also a fundraiser supporting the Frankfort Area Historical Society. The grounds at the cemetery are beautiful so bring a friend, your curiosity and your walking shoes for an afternoon of history, community, and a touch of spookiness!
